Devices
Serve and POS are Windows desktop applications. Waiter is mobile, Connect opens in the customer’s browser, and KDS serves preparation screens. Devices belong to a store and application. Setup follows install → connect → select store → validate → staff sign-in. A configured device can be recognized on launch. Confirm hardware and operating systems before purchase.
Payments & receipts
Track payment methods, partial payments, remaining balances, and payment history. Payment states include unpaid, partially paid, paid, refund states, and failed. Receipts, credit notes, fiscal retries, and supported cancellations remain order-linked. Fiscal support depends on provider and market.
